Kalck's Butcher Shop is a family-owned and operated business located in historic downtown Crystal Lake. We have been catering to the public with quality products and service for over 37 years! Kalck's Butcher Shop offers a variety of gourmet products including fresh cut meat, cheese, homemade salads and deli sandwiches and a wide variety of seafood. We also offer a full selection of various wines to meet the tastes of everyone.

Full-Service Delicatessen

Kalck's Butcher Shop offers a full service deli that features Boars Head brand products. We have over 20 different fresh deli meats and cheeses to choose from. Made to order fresh deli sandwiches and deli trays are available upon request.

Fresh Ground Beef Prepared Daily

Fresh ground beef prepared daily! Approximately 90% lean. We also offer fresh ground round, which is approximately 97% lean.

Homemade Sausage & Bratwurst

We offer homemade pork sausage, bratwurst, zesty and mild Italian sausage and polish sausage. We are proud to carry Leon's All Beef (no casing) hotdogs and various quality products from Daisy, Nueskes and Applegate Farm brands.

Large Gourmet Food Selection

We offer a large selection of gourmet products including Bare Foot Contessa, Stone Wall Kitchens, D.L. Jardine's, Rothschild Berry Farm, and Dr. Pete's to name just a few. If you don't have time to make your whole meal from scratch, Kalck's has a large selection of frozen stuffed chicken breasts, seafood and organic vegetables. We also offer homemade twice baked potatoes, stuffed green peppers, portabella mushrooms and beef and chicken kebobs. Kalck's Butcher Shop helps make every meal a great one!

Fine Wines & Specialty Beers

We offer a large selection of wines including Pinot Noir, Merlot, Cabernet Sauvignon, Zinfandel, Sauvignon Blanc, Chardonnay, Riesling, and Pinot Grigio to name a few. Also available is a selection of specialty beers including Bell's Two Hearted Ale and Black Cherry Stout, Black Dog and Mom's by Rogue. If you are looking for something we do not currently have, special orders are available.
